By 2028, demand for accommodation at Tenwek will be three times our current capacity. The Room for More Master Plan will construct larger, permanent Mustard Seed Houses across four phases — ensuring no family is ever turned away.

Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Faith Aid has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. The charity will attempt to honor gifts preferences to support particular causes but the final decision on the use of all funds rests with the charity. Faith Aid has a grant agreement with AGC Tenwek Hospital that governs the selection of patient beneficiaries and the dispersments of funds.
Our History
Faith Aid's relationship with AGC Tenwek Hospital began in 2018 and has grown into our longest-standing and most established partnership in Kenya.
February 2018
Faith Aid brought a child to Tenwek Hospital for heart surgery.
February 2020
Faith Aid and Tenwek Hospital signed a partnership MOU.
December 2020
Faith Aid launches Mustard Seed House at Tenwek Hospital.
2022
Faith Aid procures a property to develop a larger, permanent Mustard Seed House.
May 2023
Signed grant agreement between Faith Aid and Tenwek Hospital. Faith Aid begins supporting pediatric neurosurgery patients.
October 2023
Faith Aid begins supporting orthopedic and cardiac patients.
May 2024
Faith Aid begins supporting Renal and Pediatric patients.
September 2025
Groundbreaking on Phase 1 construction of the new Mustard Seed House.
June 2026
Phase 1 construction is complete.
