AIC Kijabe Hospital is Faith Aid's oldest mission hospital partner. The partnership began with Faith Aid bringing van loads of patients from the slums of Nairobi for treatment at Kijabe, and has grown into multiple Mustard Seed Houses to host patients from all over Kenya and all over Africa as they seek treatment at AIC Kijabe Hospital.
2015
Faith Aid launches Under Five program, in partnership with Stronger Families C.B.O., to identify children in the slums of Nairobi at risk of death due to treatable conditions.
2016
Faith Aid begins bringing Under Five patients to AIC Kijabe Hospital, sponsoring their medical and surgical care.
August 2018
Faith Aid President Jacob Fraher visits Kijabe and establishes partnership with Bethany Kids Kenya.
January 2024
Grand Opening of first Mustard Seed House at Kijabe.
May 2024
Grand Opening of second Mustard Seed House at Kijabe.
