Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Faith Aid has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. The charity will attempt to honor gift preferences to support particular causes but the final decision on the use of all funds rests with the charity. Faith Aid is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity. We may assess a reasonable amount to be used for administrative purposes. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
